Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Haridwar (230 KMS/6 HOURS) : Arrival Delhi Railway Station, Meet & Assist further drive to Hardwar, Take lunch. Later drive to Hardwar transfer to your Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in evening. Back to your hotel, Dinner & Night halt.

Day 2 : Haridwar - Joshimath (276 KMS/8 HOURS) : Morning, drive straight to Joshimath enroute visit Deoprayag, Rudraprayag & Karnprayag. Arrival Joshimath check in hotel. Overnight stay.
Joshimath: Adi Guru Shankaracharya, who came all the way from Kerels in the 8th Century A.D, perform penance under a tree here and after getting enlightenment, established a Math (religious centre), known as "Joshimath". The name Joshimath is derived from it. Temple of Narsingh and Nav Durga are located here.

Day 3 : Ghangaria (13kms/4hr Trek) : Drive to Govindghat, Trek Start from here to Ghangaria (3000 mts). Check in Hotel.
Ghangharia/Govinddham: 5 Kms. situated in the midst of a pine grove Ghangharia serves asa base for visiting Hemkund Shaib. It is the last human habitation in the valley. A tourist Lodge, log huts, tents and a Gurudwara provide comfortable accommadition.

Day 4 : Ghangaria - Hemkund Sahib - Ghangaria(5.5 KMS/5 HOURS EACH SIDE) : Early morning, trek start from here to Hemkund Sahib. Return back to Ghangaria after Darshan. Overnight stay.
Gurudwara Hemkund Shaib: This imposing star-shaped structure of stone and concrete masonry is one the shores of the lake. An outlet behind the Gurudwara is source of the Lakshman Ganga.
Temple of Lord Lakshman: A small temple nearby, dedicated to Lord Lakshman.

Day 5 : Ghangaria - Valley of Flower - Ghangaria (3 KMS/3 HOURS EACH SIDE) : Valley of Flower was discovered by Frank Smith while on the Expedition to Mt. Kamet. This picturesque Valley covered by rare species of flowers & a wide variety of Butterflies, Musk Deer, Thar & serow are found here. Back to Ghangaria.

Day 6: Ghangaria - Govindghat (13KMS TREK DOWN) - Rudraprayag (145 KMS/5 HOURS) : After 13 Kms trek from Ghangaria to Govind Ghat, drive to Rudraprayag from Govind Ghat. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 7 : Rudraprayag - Rishikesh - Haridwar (160 KMS/5 HOURS) :Early morning, Drive to Rishikesh. Visit Rishikesh Local Sight Seeing & Temples. Later drive to Hardwar. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 8 : Haridwar - Delhi(230 KMS/6 HOURS): Morning, visit Hardwar Local Sight Seeing & Temples. Later drive back to Delhi. On arrival. Delhi, transfer to Railway Station / Airport. Tour Terminate.

Inclusions & Exclusions

What is included ?

• Accommodation in twin/ double sharing in mention or similar hotels.
• Daily breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (MAP).
• Transfer & sightseeing as per the itinerary.
• All toll tax, parking fees & driver allowances
• All applicable hotel taxes.

What is not included ?

• GST will be applicable on total bill
• Any Airfare, Insurance
• Expenses of personal nature like tips to waiters, drivers, laundry, alcoholic drinks, telephonic calls etc.
• Entry fees, camera fees etc.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 10% per person.
• Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention;
• Cancellations between 15 days to 20 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention;
• Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention;
• Above policy may vary during peak season

What to know before you book

• Hotels are subject to availability.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. The Tulip Hospitalities will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
• In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
